WHO AM I?
I'm currently attending CiSA in the "Administration" program of social sciences and am part of the Honours Program of 2023-2025. Outside of school, I spend the majority of my time pursuing my passions (and studying of course). In university, I wish to study law and get my MBA... an ever so slightly daunting goal ;)

I was a competitive gymnast and cheerleader for nine years. It was practically my life: when I wasn't at school, I was at the gym and vice-versa. This taught me to productively balance school and my commitments. After having to quit these sports due to numerous injuries, it was hard for me to find my identity back and the lack of physical activity bored me. During the pandemic, I grew fond of weightlifting and running, and I don't plan on quitting anytime soon!
I've had plenty of part-time jobs in the past, but being a cheerleading coach is my favourite one by a long run. I can unlock my creative side when choreographing a routine and making a remix of songs to accompany it. Plus, having been a gymnast and a cheerleader betters my relationship with my athletes since I was once in their shoes.

My #1 bucket list item is to travel around the world (I know, so original). As a second-generation immigrant, I'm fortunate enough to have met people who are interested in my background and are willing to learn about my culture. Therefore, I wish to pay it forward by giving the same attention and respect I've received to others. There are so many incredible places and people I have yet to see and meet all around the globe.

"A photograph keeps a moment from running away" is a quote I love, and I think the same applies to videos. I'm constantly taking a picture or a video of family, friends, sunrises, sunsets - anything and everything. On vacations, I bring a GoPro with me and film the whole trip, later on I make a montage of my holiday. I love watching these videos yearly with my family to reminisce on precious moments.
